From Rocks to Rockets!

Going around the science wheel , I wanted this term’s theme to be physics based. I have been working things out with the project’s support engineer , Mike Hales, on the theme of  Rockets and plans are well advanced for our STEMM and SALT teams to get the school well involved in a Rocket Challenge . A launch was planned for 8th January but..

Snow Joke!

Snow, snow, snow and more snow. Our school was closed for over a week and the upshot is that the whole programme will be delayed for two!

Everything Else on Schedule!

Smart sweaters are soon to arrive to give our teams a real sense of identity. We are ready to move into the STEMM point area since builders are moving out. And some real big news about an important visitor….(no Santa has been and gone). All will be revealed next month!
