Rachael Durham – Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Rachael has been at Kibworth for the last year and a half. In this time she has made a real impact on the children and staff. As a former pupil of the school herself, she has a real connection with the children. She works across the school in all year groups, from Foundation to year 6 – sometimes all in one day!

Becky Windle – Science Co-ordinator

Becky came to our school on the Graduate Teacher Programme, and we didn’t let her go! She has adopted the role of Science Co-ordinator with great enthusiasm, and is always on hand to help and support everyone. Becky is part of the Year One team and has recently started a Science Detectives Club after school with Rachael.

Paul Stone – Headteacher

Paul has been at our school for almost three years. He has a strong belief that all children should be given every possible opportunity to learn. Paul is eager to use the latest technology available in the school to enhance the children’s learning. He is the driving force behind the Virtual Learning Environment for our development group of schools.

Judith Green – Advanced Skills Teacher

Judith works at Robert Smyth School in Market Harborough. She often visits the primary schools in our area to deliver fantastic hands-on science lessons to the pupils. Children and staff cannot fail to be inspired by her enthusiasm and knowledge.
